Have you guys ever heard of Champa TV? If you live in Santa Ana, California and other neighboring areas, then I'm sure you're familiar with the "THEI AI", a drama in the Cham language and takes place in Santa Ana, California near Bishop Manor where a small community of Cham is located. Seinfeld Forever

Although I did not watch it from the very first episode when it was still on the air, Seinfeld remains one my all time favorite sitcoms. The http://www.chemistry-blog.com/ chemistry that existed between Jerry Seinfeld, Michael Richards and Julia Louis-Dreyfus was unique, fun to watch and so very rare. The show itself was sometimes centered exclusively around their interactions. Interactions that would not had been funny with any other set of actors.

Seinfeld was also fun to watch because of the depth and conciseness with which it captured the random idiosyncrasies of life in Manhattan. The everyday things that everyone in the city simply ignored or tolerated, no matter how minute, became the bases for an entire half hour gripe session on Seinfeld. They did not hold back either. From inside Manhattan jokes to simply mocking institutions within the city, everything was fair game.

The show also followed some strange but interesting character arcs. From the beginning when Elaine was the winner and George the loser, to the middle and near end where they switched roles. The constant soap opera of George's and Jerry's parents locked in mortal competition with each other.

There really has not been a show like it since. It broke the mold and became a template for future, less successful, sitcoms. Fortunately, the entire series can still be watched on satellite TV, that I got after seeing this www.cabletelevision.net, in glorious color. The reruns, for me, never get old.

When considering to get a Business Credit Cards, you must weigh a lot of things. First of all, it’s not as easy as you think. Bear in mind that you do not only get what you want, and that’s it. Getting yourself in a credit situation needs careful planning. Mind you, this is actually the main reason why even multi-million dollar companies got themselves into trouble.
It is important that you, a businessman should consider a lot of things. Do you really need a credit line? Is it realistic that you project this much income in order to pay off your loan? If not, then you might wait awhile. Businesses with good standing financially get good credit lines from banks, so you might not need to rush. You might as well wait for your business to grow a bit.

Planning and preparation are two important things you need to do. If you have a chance, read books in financial management, attend seminars and learn from successful business people. Learn both from their mistakes and successes. Just because you are just starting you need to fail at the things they failed at also. Learning from those who have gone before us can spare us from a lot of mistakes we don’t want to make, and from situations we don’t want to be in.
